Military Life

When going in the the Military life there are a lot of things that you need to know. I felt like I had to go back to school just to learn about all of it. No matter what your husband or wife rank is there is still a lot to learn. I am still trying to keep up with all that you need to know. I will be posting on this page some of the things that I think we all should know and some books and thing that will help

How to tell time

So ok I know that we all know how to tell time but here it is not normal. Now when I was a kid my dad tried to teach me and I just did not get it. Then when I go married my hubby told me the easy way. So here it is.  The Military has the day broken down by 24 hours so anything in the am will still be the same time like 5 am will just be 0500 b/c it is the 5th hour of the day, but after 1200 or 12 noon that is where people can get lost.but the best way for me to understand was to take 12 and add to it what ever time it was. Ok so I know that sounds odd but let me show you.

Well after you have the time down, then you have to lean you ABC's too. I know it feel crazy and odd to have to think about all of the things that we need to do over. I still need to ask what things are or what dose that mean. I just really hope that I can help you guys with some of these things.
